By accessing or using the NoAllergen mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Medical Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT: NoAllergen is NOT a medical device. The Service uses artificial intelligence to detect potential allergens in product ingredient lists. This technology is not infallible. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. YOU MUST ALWAYS READ THE PHYSICAL PRODUCT LABEL before consumption. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoAllergen and its developers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Specifically, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or health consequences resulting from the use of our app.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the results will be accurate or reliable.

We do not guarantee 100% detection of all allergens.
Results depend on image quality, lighting, and label clarity.
Product formulations may change without notice.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Billing Cycle

The subscription fee for the Premium plan will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the Account page.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting customer support. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current Subscription period.

Refunds

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by NoAllergen on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of NoAllergen.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it or NoAllergen cancels it.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from the Settings page.
